In the Kenyan economy, one cannot survive on a salary alone because the enormously heightening economy has overrun most of our salary scales; ever heard of a joke on salary visa vee bills. Bills in a pictorial presentation prevail supremely, always growing, adding weight and height. At the same time, salary is understood to have those poor growth traits where growth is static or in a Biological Context, we phrase it as dwarfism, so this forces every Kenyan worker to push to the limit just to pocket at least an extra coin which can leave someone out of options as that extra coin has proven a hard nut to crack.

This kind of economic crisis and stress always leaves the common mwananchi without a leeway and under the mercy of financial institutions, for instance, major Banks, micro-finances and online lending platforms the likes of Tala, Branch,Okash, Kashway, Ipesa etc they're so many that soon some will be given our mothers names due to lack of any to be accorded with on a lighter note. However, the disappointing fact is how did the government allow so many digital lending platforms to infiltrate our economy? Are we taking another direction from a productive Nation to a borrowing and debt-stricken country? Do we have laws and guidelines to impede such happenings, or is someone sleeping on the job?

Many of these financial institutions mostly microfinance do not and I repeat do not adhere to the rules and regulations of lending and borrowing as stipulated in the Kenyan constitution and most specifically in the area pertaining interest capping, this has led to many workers and youths, in general, being dumped in the CRB, Research study has it that an estimated over 3.5 million Kenyan youths are in the CRB due to inability to pay soft loans borrowed from online lenders, this depicts a negative picture of our economy and productivity as a country. Some of this workers or youths did find themselves in this situation due to lack of know-how or due to the games played by this institutions when they seek to offer their loan products to the client, one of the tricks is that they'll always come to you when you have exhausted your avenues and truly you're in a mix maybe you have an emergency so you will have no option but to dance along, another one is that they will never allow you to read and understand the terms and conditions pertaining that particular loan product whereby you will only come to learn that you've been slapped with a 93% interest on a loan after you've squandered the money.

In January, I happened to have this friend who took 30,000ksh from a certain lending agency only to realize he'd be paying back 132000ksh. I can't even calculate the interest margin because it's annoying to self.

I would urge the concerned body that is the Central Bank of Kenya and other related organs and financial committees in both houses to take a closer look at this matter before things get out of hand, come to imagine unemployed youth being taken to the CRB because of 700ksh only to pay back 2300ksh in order to be cleared by the same body and be issued a certificate of clearance is utter madness, It leaves someone to wonder if its a business agreement between the two parties or what is happening in our beloved country? Please save a Kenyan worker and youth from depression, suicidal thoughts, and family breakups due to financial constraints brought about by this kind of madness.

Technology and it's Life-Changing   Role in Service  Delivery.

In this era imagine life without technology for instance life without a phone, a television set or a computer? Life would be boring yeah! Now that's technology, in the 21st century there is no reason for living a lie that life would have been better without technology. Everything you touch, eat whether you're boarding a vehicle, going to your apartment on the 10th floor using a lift it's all technology in action.

The pandemic hit every realm in the world bringing economic snarl and even shut down to some institutions a good example is the education system and the entertainment enterprise. Where every activity has to pass through technology to be a success this means that technology has become the most important and effective means of salvaging the situation whereby some of this sectors still operate but do carry out their operations through virtual means like zoom and google classroom. Meetings are always held through this Avenues an alternative that has prevented the complete collapse of the above-mentioned sectors.

Another example where technology has proven to be a key component of service delivery is in our recently concluded training in the Ajira digital platform where thousands of youths are undergoing training and mentorship through virtual means where the trainers do not have to meet with trainees in order to equip them with the required knowledge and skills in the tech world.

There are many times where certain tasks have been done without straining, for example, a lecturer issuing assignment through an email on a phone if the technology wasn't in the picture the lecturer could have had to travel and waste a lot of time over the same. Nowadays people change channels on a television set without a flinch, clothes being washed and dried without any struggle all this are examples where technology has come in handy in making service delivery a walk in the park.

The world today is a small circle where one can wake up in Kampala attend a meeting and be in Nairobi Kenya by noon for a business conference and in the evening be in Malindi for a vacation with their loved ones, all this is made possible because of fast and efficient means of transport thanks to technology.

Talk of communication sector where today someone in Hongkong China can communicate life and in real-time with someone in Kinoo Kenya, this are services made easier due to technological refinements lastly, we can't talk about technology and service delivery and forget financial services and the institutions involved for instance Banks and Mobile banking, today you can withdraw money from an ATM or use a Mtaani agent in Kenya, but the most common mobile money transfer service is Mpesa where you can send or withdraw money at the comfort of your home using your mobile phone all this is technology making services to be rendered in an efficient and reliable manner. Therefore technology has made services reliable and efficient hence making a life-changing impact in every locale.

The name Johnny Depp is a household name in the movie industry that whenever it is mentioned heads must turn. He's a celebrated actor who was brought to the limelight by his role in the movie "The Pirates of the Caribbean" as the main cast. The organisation was partnering with SAG AFTRA and the American Film institute to support President Barack Obama's "Call to Arts" initiative to complete 1 million hour of mentorship for young artists in January 2016.

Depp who was previously in a few notable relationships for instance in (1989 to 1993 )with Winona Ryder then Kate Moss in (1994 to 1998) and Venessa Paradis in (1998 to 2012) after which he struck up a relationship with Heard who was previously seeing a photographer and Painter Tasya van Ree for a period of four years (2008 to 2012) . Johnny and Amber met on the set of 'The Rum Diary' where He Depp stared as Paul Kemp a journalist as Heard played Chanault a woman engaged to another man who Kemp is immediately smitten with as soon as he sees her. They got married ever since until their marriage was hit by a series of events. News has it that they are currently not together as Amber Heard is believed to have filed a lawsuit against Her former husband due to family differences. Although the case is yet to be determined as they are mostly seen appearing in court on the same to determine whether the case against Johnny Depp is something to go by or are just mear fabrications. The court is yet to go through pieces of evidence presented in form of emails and text messages so as to decide on the ruling. Johnny and Amber were always seen together in every occasion may it be events vacations or on holidays as Heard was always seen holding her husband's arm as they walk side by side something to show that their love was beyond limits.

Appearing at the Gala the two lover birds grassed the Red carpet dressed in outstanding outfits that wowed the crowd present. It was obvious  Amber stole the show with her flawless Red dress which fitted well on her model body and it went nicely with her superbly done hair and makeup up that left her as pretty as always, her stylist deserves all the credits. On the other hand, Johnny came out breathing fire as he rocked a black suit with some faded stripes, a white shirt with two top buttons undone and black shiny black leather shoes to match the outfit. His hair was nicely done with black shades to spice up the look with a diamond stud in his left ear to compliment the look. This duo has over times won the hearts of their audience as they are their all-time favourites in every movie they star in just hope they resolve their differences and get back together as their fans would love to see more of them in the entertainment world.
